In the language of mathematics, the number 7 is looked at as the divine number. To many people it's considered a lucky number, for the people that attended Coachella 2007 for the 7 year reunion of RATM it was possibly the most chaotic/craziest/ raddest show of their life.

I was just another fish in a big pool of small fish waiting to witness this historic moment with their very own eyes. And then it happened, the lights went off and the **** was ON. Before I knew it i was getting punches to the face and elbows to the gut. If someone needed to spit they would just spit their lugi on the trooper's back that was facing them. I was not only drenched in my sweat, but the sweat of at least 100 other people roughing it out just to say they were there.

Next thing i knew I was hurled unintentionally to the front of the row. Well, I can't say it was all unintentional, I kind of took advantage of situations, and used my methods to advance my way to the front. Tip: (Reader discretion Advised) Take advatage of Mosh pits. Yeah you might catch a flying fist to the back of your head, but if you run across fast enough you'll catch a space that wasn't there before.

Listen, I've been to mad shows in my lifetime where **** gets hectic. I have never in my life seen something as barbaric as the front row of RATM. I (no exaggeration) almost broke my neck three times due to inconsiderate crowd surfers trying to make it out of the crowd. (Weaklings) To the right and left of me people were puking on each others backs and faces. But they stayed strong. I at least helped four or five people up that almost fainted, and you know what they didn't leave even after getting stomped by hundreds of fans. With all this going on in the front row, it was kind of hard to enjoy the show.

You know what.... f*** it... disregard that last sentence... it was f***in' awesome.

When they finished their set, it was a trip to hear thousands of people chanting "F*** THE POLICE." or "Together, UNITED, We'll Never be Defeated" to the point where they had to do a half an hour encore. The music truly connected all whateverthousands of people that were witnessing this event, and it was beautiful.

At the end, I realized that my wife beater and my T-Shirt had expanded due to the sweat I had broke. I was staggering around, dehydrated, and trying to keep my composure while making the couple mile walk to parking lot 4. It was comments people shouted such as "Today Marks the day I forgot Audio Slave ever existed." that kept me going. I started conversation with one guy, bragging about my war scars and how hurt i was, and how I can barely walk. He asked me "But was it worth it?" I replied with "Hell F***ing Yes." Then gave me one last word before he fainted... "Exactly"

Actually the night before I did. I was with one girl during the day (I actually got her on stage with Ghostface) and with another one during the night.

Maybe it has something to do with Paid Dues...
