I have invited a lot of people from OT over the years. Usually if I see someone in a hip-hop thread who looks like they know what they're talking about I'll send them an invite. A lot of them will end up joining but few stick around and end up posting regularly.

Everyone that posted here are people that normally do. I guess we just have lurkers who probably learn everything from us...then try to school the people on the other board they go to.mowz00
