The Pack, Wolfpack Party - OFFICIAL DISCUSSION

Well, you don't really discuss a Pack album so much as just say how awesome it is, but this is dropping next Tuesday, and it should be awesome. I'd prefer for it to have dropped on the other end of summer, but what can you do. I have purposely been trying to avoid listening to any of this until it drops, but here are a couple of songs I've heard - they're awesome:

The Pack, "Hella Bass III"

Stunnaman is a really great rapper.

Really looking forward to hearing the song with D-Lo and Sleepy D ...

Also, Hella Bass III ain't exactly simple. I'll give you some of L's older beats, but some of the stuff he's doing these days ain't exactly stuff you can pick up FL Studio and do.

lol, there really isn't anybody else in the bay - especially these days - that sounds anything like The Pack.

Anyways, I probably won't be copping this until I put in an order for Telly Mac's "Your Nobody Till Somebody Kills You" (which drops the middle of next month), so I won't be able to add my thoughts on this album for a minute. I'm hoping it owns, though ...

Sadly I have not listened much music by the Pack. And oddly enough, it's Lil B's emergence as a solo artist that has got me more interested in the Pack.Orlando_Magic

What I've been reading about the album indicates that Lil B isn't on this album a whole lot, which I'd be kinda thankful for. I liked Lil B as part of the Pack, and I like some of his solo stuff, but I really don't see his current styIe working too well with what The Pack are doing these days. Besides, I'd rather hear a verse from Stunnaman instead.

I think that's one of the two tracks The Cataracs produced on the album. Cataracs are really talented, but I really don't care for this pop sound they're going for these days. That said, they're probably in a better position than anyone else in the bay these days to blow up nationally.
