What do you guys think? Personally I think it was a mix of both. It has a boatload of quoatbles and the beats are pure fire. Whats your guys opinion?

Mixture of both. Jay was on point and the soulful feel of the beats were a breath of fresh air at the time.

I agree with you, the beats were really good and Jay had some good lyrics. ANd like you said, there were alot of good quotes that you could use from it.
