Why does Cash Money blow so much now

Seriously, does anyone know how the hell their quality fell off so much. Cash Money used to be so bomb in the 90's and even the early 00's.

The talent also has something to do with it. Wayne and Birdman just suck compared to Juvie, Turk, and BG. Even Birdman back in the day was way better with Big Tymers.
