00's (Final Verdict?)

I've liked this decade. The rise of the internet and digitial technology is incredibly significant. British comedy has been pretty good (Brass eye paedophilia special, Peep Show, Alan Partridge, The Inbetweeners, Spaced, The Office, The League of Gentlemen etc) and there have been some decent films too. However, I'll be grateful to see the feeling of pending doom and powerlessness that's been around since 9/11 disappear. I hope the 10's will be a happier decade than this one. Well, I think it will be after 2012 anyway :P Oh, and lets say a massive farewell to the stupid shakey cam effect in movies :D

Final Verdict? This has to be the worst decade in history. George W Bush, Soulja Boy, Miley Cyrus, Wii/360/Ps3, PG-13 Comic Book Movies, Too many Comic Book Movies, Did I mention Comic Book Movies? Emo kids, Fallout Boy, Kayne West, My Chemical Romance, the fall of the Dreamcast, the rise of Seth Rogan, the fall of Jim Carrey, the rise of Jonah Hill, the fall of pokemon, the worst sequel/remake run in history of movies. The rise of Dr. Phil, fall of Jerry Springer. AHHH Final Verdict is terriblecubemovies

It was good. I liked 01-03 the best. After that it started to go downhill somewhat but it was still ok. 90's destroys this decade. 80's probably destroys it and the 90's too but I only lived in the latter part of the 80's and don't remember enough of it to know.

90's were good for me. Got a lot accomplished in life and was as happy as i have ever been.

00's ? .... Not so much.

I don't see how anyone can see this decade as good, stop living in your own little bubble and think about it as a whole. maybe in your music circle, movie circle, TV circle. But pass a few little gems, some which didn't make it, this decade pretty much sucked, It started with 9/11 and a war, stupidness thrived and it showed well in the mainstream music, which once, ONCE! Was pretty decent, reality TV takes over and sucks, yeah technology got better and that's great and I wouldn't trade that for a spot in an old decade.

Yeah it may have not been the 40's but still in recent MODERN decades, this has been one of the worst yet, I didn't live the 80's but I heard many old people say it's the 80's all over again and it sucks. I look at the 80's and the music seemed great, the people seemed as stupid and materialistic, Tech was starting to reach great levels of advancement and the movies were good, but the 00's 80's imitation by losers who were not even born in the 80's is just as bad.

The economy is hitting the skids, people are scared bat **** crazy because some war that is being used to take freedom, and no I'm not talking conspiracy, but people are way more paranoid that they were in the 90's. Don't forget, Nickleback rock gets soft, punk being sold to the mainstream as "Avril Lavigne", American Idol, MTV continues it's assault on music. And the worst people can worry about is a few not so bad Seth Rogen movies. Not to mention the Spoof movies, the many crappy comic book movies.

The only up's I can realy conjure is the Interenet around after 2002/20003

Cellphones Advanced

The Indie scene(YES THE INDIE SCENE! KILL ME!)

MP3 players(Zune, iPod, Creative, SanDisk)

Pretty much, all of the best stuff was in tech, maybe some music if you looked. But this decade pretty much sucked. Tell me something that happened that was really big for people in general, enlighten me and I'll say thanks.
