it's overkill, imputs will still be at standard HD resolution so it'll have bad definition up close and i find 50" looks too big unless it's in a wide open room it's too overpowering and disdtracts from otherthings otherwise
I'm not too excited about that. Think of how Standard Definition television feeds look on large (50"+) tvs now. They look awful because the picture is all stretched out. For something to look good on a TV that is 150" big, the resolution of the feed being displayed would have to be considerably higher than the current best. (1080p) Right?
that is epic, i love how Portal and CoD4 are life sized (ie, Captain Price [is that his name] is just as tall as the reviewer is) and GT5-Prologue has a 42" steering wheel. Crazy.
Meh, its just too much. I mean there probably is a small market for some business and then the super rich but me personally I think I will be good with 50 or 60 inch at most; and that will be for my home entertainment room! Anything more for me is just meh.
Eh. To me it's not so much about the size of the screen. It's far more about resolution. And you know some computer monitors can have much higher resolutions than any HDTV.
