You would lose $10 then. He would have been charged for murder regarless of skin color and the law in most states say the death penalty is to be used.

i can't say the person deserves to die but assuming it is as it reads they sure as heck dont deserve to live. I wouldn't call rotting away for 50 years in prison living either.tazzydnc

I voted death. I agree with capital punishment. Whats the point of keeping someone in a cell for his/her life. The points of prisons are to keep criminals isolated from society and to teach them harsh lessons, but if you're never going to get out of prison, there are no lessons to learn.
