Is it socially wrong for a 20 year old guy to go out with a 40+year old woman?

However, probably so. Society does not care if a young man dates an adult woman. A 40 year old man dating a 20 year old woman might be less acceptable, though.

I don't see a problem at all. It's two adults.

They are both grown ups. Don't really care. Plus I have seen some sexy looking 40 year olds.

How do I determine that? By what the majority of society thinks? Then I dont really care if it is socially acceptable or not.

Its fine by me unless there's some special reason involved.

I don't see anything wrong with it. When I was 24 I was dating a 36yr old. Age is nothing but a number, It's how mature you are.

I messed around with a 38 year old lady when I was around 20 so I don't see a problem. But it did feel a bit weird like I was with someones mom or something.

I have no problem with age difference as long as they're adults.

Unless it's a rare, very attractive 40+year old woman, I'd say the 20-year old guy is definitely taking one in the loss column.

Let's get something straight right off the bat - 40 year olds are looking better than ever nowadays.
