24 Finale - Lame? *spoilers I guess*

What did you guys think of the season finale of 24? I thought the ending wasn't great...some of the other seasons have had better endings

Was Jack gonna jump there at the end or whats the deal?

Is this the end of Chloe after she has her child?

What do you guys think about the future of 24

This season was probably the worst season yet and the last episode was lame, boring and the ending really s*****mohan88

 they could have at least added some closure by killing off Cheng

i liked it, Josh was crazy back there, Jack did the right thing w/ Audrey and Chloe is rofl. Bill and Karen got away, coolio and sadly Milo got headshotted... oh well. also what about Palmer? the last scene was good, the ocean view, Jack blowing up on Audrey dad and the silent clock...

edit: oh and BTW i agree that this season was more emotional and personnal than others, but if it wasn't then we would complain that there is no emotion in the series. this season was like a filler/transition/slowdown season. 

It was kinda lame IMO. I don't know what I was expecting, but this has been the one 24 season where I haven't been glued to my couch. I hope the next season is better.

It was on OK finale to a mediocre season. Nothing was tied up though, nothing.

• Cheng is alive.
• Jack is hanging out at Audrey's house, is he gonna jump? Is he just giving up on her? Or is he going into hiding like every season...
• No closure on Doyle (good thing I guess) or the half-attempt at the love triangle with Nadia.
• No closure on President Palmer, we're just "hoping" he gets better.
• Jack just leaves his sister-in-law and nephew, I guess they're okay then?

The writers are well aware of the mistakes in this season, and they've promised "huge" changes for the show next season. Then again, these could be empty promises, I hope they do something that's not a nuke or biological weapon.

If you ask me, they should take a note from Live Free Or Die Hard and do a plot with terrorists taking the US offline, then stealing like EMP bomb-things (yeah, I'm not technical so much) and setting them off in different major cities to wipe out electronics, thus causing riots in an attempt to let America crumble inside out, and perhaps even throw in lossing power at the White House and kidnapping the President or something and Jack can completely do his thing because his lack of communication with CTU won't force him to follow stupid non-badass orders. Jack can "light the way" for the other CTU agents, hahah, where do I come up with this stuff? Fox, hire me.

EDIT: Heroes finale wasn't amazing either, I'm worried about what I should watch next year with no PVR...Heroes is headed into questionable territory and 24..I don't know what's going to happen..
