This only shows that you need to the mind of a two year old to purchase and work an iPad.

well touch screen is pretty easy to use in general since it's what you do in life as well. (compared to controllers or even a mouse) my 2 your old likes to mess around on my android phone as well. I think it's more to do with the touch screen nature of the tablet than anything else.

Intuitiveness is not the same as functionality. The fact that a two-year-old can master the basic user interface is a good thing. It would be bad if that child could also master every aspect of the device's functionality... but that's not what's being proved here.

Wow, is there any possible way that article could be more biased towards Apple?

Adorable, and I cant believe some people are trying to bash the iPad for being easy to use  Im not the biggest fan of apple products but seriously, how can you spin this to be a negative?

The whole point of touch screen interfaces is to more naturally interact with computers, so it's not that surprising the baby was able to perform some basic tasks on it.

My niece(turned 5 this year) is always playing with my iPod. She is addicted to violent zombie games lol. I don't even need to sit aside her to teach her how to use it, she already understands the whole thing. Kids have the patience to learn anything.

It's an easy thing to operate, any kid could get into it quickly.

kids have patience? not really. it's just that for them there's an instant response and reward. when they see they did something that's a reward for them. now it might not be that rewarding for adults if you're actually tried to get something specific done but for a kid just learning about it everything it does can be a reward.

Toddlers can recognize pictures and point at them, nothing too amazing here. That IPad is probably still insanely overpriced.

InEMplease

actually its not compared to its android competition its about the same price
