I dont know about sundays since sunday is considered holy and sacred, but this is a saying amongst catholics and christians i believe and at 3 am the good spirits are weakest because thats the time the gates of hell open. I find it odly strange because i used to wake up at 3 am exactly a lot but i never knew why, now i think it has something to do with this and thats prety scary. Just a little heads up for you who wake up at 3 am for no reason at all and dont know why you do, just something to think about.

yeah, because apparently christ died at 3pm and thats like the holiest hour or something, so the mirror is the unholiest hour or what not. I find christain mythology interesting, but its just that mythology
I sleep from 11:30 to 8 and theres a good chance I wake up at 3:00, but its just 3:00, I find sometimes if you think of a time to wake up at or you think you're going to for whatever reason, you're mind sort of has a timer that can allow you to wake up at that time.
