3, Between The Baried and Me, Opeth.

I plan on seeign the show at the end of the month, I'm really looking forward to seeing Dream Theater and Opeth!!!

I saw these guys last night in Portland OR. It was fantastic. They were all incredible bands, and to boot got in front row, AND! got do meet Mendez (Opeth Bass Player). It was incredible. Anyone seen anyone of these guys live?DiabeticDood

Yep I've seen Opeth live. Utterly amazing!! Without doubt the best night of my life... and without doubt the best live band I've ever seen.

Our tickets were only 22 dollars... And I have seen DT before so it's kinda like I saw the Prog Nation Tour before :P.DiabeticDood

Yeah when I saw them it was only £16 (around $30) - pretty good value imo. :D

Ya and 22 bucks for three amazing bands! Opeth even played my two favorite songs! It was way worth it... My ears still muffled from last night :D.DiabeticDood

Heh. Yeah, my neck was f**ked for like a week afterwards due to all the headbanging. I think I did some permanant damage when they played Demon of the Fall... but, I just couldn't help getting into it.

lol I know what you mean. They opened up with Demon of the Fall and I knew it was gonna be good from then on :D. Then they continued with Master's Apprentice, and my favorite song from Opeth right now... Serinity Painted Death. Best version EVER! He said it sucked lol...

Oh ya... He even mentioned it being leaked :D... It was funny right before playing a Watershed song he says "You're gonna pretend you don't know this song." and went right into it... Lol it was soooooo funny. He's a cool guy. And so is Martin Mendez which I said I got to meet. Good night thats for sure...
