420lb Women Gets A Surprise While In The Toilet

So i was listening to the radio yesterday and one of the hosts brought up something that caught my attention. A 420Lb Women goes to the washroom and finds out that she a has a baby thats about to pop out of her. She HAD been pregnant for 9 months and didnt even know IT!!

What do you guys think of this? I myself live in Canada but i hear that theres alot of obese people is the States. Has obesity gone too far?

But seriously, that's disturbing that she couldn't feel she was pregnant.  I think the only story that might eclipse that one is the one where an obese woman had like a 20 pound tumor and she didn't realize it until she went in to her doctor for a routine checkup.  It's a pretty old story though.
