There is some crazy motherf****er stalking my mother, he is madly in love with her but she's married with my real dad. He came over to my mother's mothers house while she was there today and tried to keep her from leaving, but she returned home safely to me. He has a record of being in jail 4 times for stalking women, but got out everytime. I cannot use self defense unless he comes into the house, nor can I shoot him if hes unarmed. I am 15, there are 13 yr olds and up being tried as adults in court, can you believe this?
U.S. is starting to suck more and more, they have passed some dumb ass laws in Alabama. If anyone, even a stalker came into my property I cannot do anything for defense, not even shoot them. So, if someone got hurt trying to climb the barbwired fence to get into my yard (trespassing)..if they got hurt they could sue me because they got hurt trying to trespass my property. You can only use defense if they come into your house.
One man, in Georgia owned a Bicycle Shop and there were gangs that robbed his store. He was in his store one day and they came in to rob his stuff again and again, he shot them for self defense but he went to jail because they were unarmed. This is totally stupid. We definately need a new president.
