Nothing wrong with trying to learn new things. I say go for it all at once!
As for me, I like to play guitar, videogames, write poetry, workout, party, etc.
Yeah learning both would be cool. But this reminds me of another thing, I've always thought about what good would it do if I invest hours into these things only to do nothing with it. What's the purpose if I only stay a "bedroom guitarist" or musician. But regardless, I'll still do it.r-teestWhat else you gonna be doing if you din't?

If I didn't practice my hobbies and such, prob not much of that time would be well spent anyway.

You probably started doing these things because you wanted to, and you continued doing it because you enjoy it. Not everything you do has to result in something grand. Video games don't really do much for peoples lives, but they bring enjoyment. That's all that matters.
I am able to (consecutively) catch a large quantity of popcorn pieces thrown at my mouth.
It is incredibly useful.

I'm learning how to play guitar - I'd learn piano too but I have no room for one and don't have the funds anyway.
Hobbies are listening to music, gaming, watching anime and stuff.
Are any of you all pursuing multiple instruments and hobbies? Just wondering if I'm tackling too much playing guitar, practicing becoming a concept artist, and plan to start playing piano? I have "natural talent" in art, and would like to make a living as a concept artist. With guitar, I've been playing for two years, and I'm advancing fairly quickly. I have always been interested in piano, and might start that. My point, in your opinion, is it too much? I should mention I do these things seeking more than rudimentary skill. Do you all have several passions you take on at once?r-teest
I don't think you're tackling too much. It would be different if you had never played an instrument and were trying to tackle piano and guitar at the same time.
If you're advancing fairly quickly, I think you've proven that you can learn an instrument, so you should be able to pick up piano as well.
I would personally focus on one until I was brilliant at it, but that's just me.
Part of why I take on art primarily is because art is seen as boring and no one appreciates it. My friends and family are like that too. By doing concept art, I can further inspire people and make people say "I'd like to learn that" like people do guitar. I always hear "art is boring, or pointless, etc".

Wow, you sound a lot like me. I worry over the exact same thing. That my brain can't possible be good to a professional standard at both music and art, my two hobbies that I'd say I'm fairly skilled at and would like to expand upon. So you're definitely not alone on that one.
Thanks for all of the comments and advice. Being 18 yrs old, I have plenty of time to see which of the three I'll stick with. I always watch videos of master artists, and feel I should focus on it to become that good; only to then watch videos of guitar virtuosos and then I'm inspired to become that great too.
