Would you want your doctor to be hot or not.

Had one see me; thought she was a nurse.

And by hot, I mean she was a 10.

I had to see a specialist one time. She was hot. But she was also a bitch! I hope she's dead.

Some doctors have disgusting, back stabbing, information withholding, blackmailing, jealous, evil, and crafty personalities deep inside regardless of how friendly they look :(

Wow man, way too judgmental...you act like being good looking is a crime. Not every attractive person is an asshole. And saying that female doctors are only so because of their looks is downright insulting.

I wouldn't care... Though it would be odd if I got a crush on her, and she has to check my blood pressure.

Wow... that's a vile thing to say. First off, beautiful never equals a disgusting personality, because for the most part they are mutually exclusive. Second, I don't know what doctors you've seen, but towards their patients they are really evil, backstabbing or anything of the sort.

Lastly, to assume most women use their looks to move up the ladder is disgusting. It may be true in some cases, but it's just as true in many cases that women have been prevented from moving up the ladder because of their sex, so yeah. **** your offensive attitude. I hope you don't talk like that to women.

@TehFuneral: We all have issues we need to solve and there's always going to be someone we know who ruins it for everybody else but no matter how much we might hate someone we always need to be really careful not to generalise; it's unfair and we always end up looking like massive douchebags.

@ianhh6: yeah I realized how I sounded after I read my post a second time. Excuse my attitude, I didn't want to sound as sexist or anything, and yeah I agree with you. Being a health care worker myself, I just wanted to imply that its a tough environment and people regardless of sex sort of turn into bad people but I sounded way too inappropriate. Please excuse my attitude.

Where I work, we have some female doctors who sometimes dress sexy but hey, it's a female thing so who am I to judge. But anyways, gender doesn't matter to me, I just want my health results and go home.

Personally I'd prefer a male doctor since I am a male and he *should* have more knowledge about what being a male is like and the possible health problems I might face.

Wants are not important in finding a doctor. Confidence from a doctor is a matter of need and attractiveness is not all that important in this matter, though some people like to fantasize about such things.

I'm been there, especially when I was taking my physiotherapy course and needed to get undressed every day in front of 20 girls but body hair can be dealt with if you have the patience to get rid of it on a regular basis. I started doing it for basketball and now it takes me about 30 mins once a week; you get used to it.

@korvus: I also shave my chest hair when I'm ready to go on the beach and show of my manly body but not for the ladies mind you. I also happen to shave my wanky area cause I don't like hair on it.

To be honest, it was awkward for me (also) because I was expecting an older gentleman to come in.

Instead I got this beautiful young woman who told me I should get some blood work done to see if my cholesterol was high, etc.

Yea you should get on that. Especially if you are an American because the penalty this year for lack of health insurance is $325 or 2% of total income.

I had a female doctor do the cough test on me once. It had always been a male in the past. She walked in and said 'drop your pants please'. She was gorgeous. I was 17.

depends if you have to go to the doctor or not. A doctor bill plus the penalty would definitely make it expensive. Although the penalty will continue to go up next year as well until it's definitely more expensive.
