Its not a link, its part of any online job or internship application for a big company, in this case UBS. I'll never get the internship but I am trying to get at least one, I've applied to loads but its very competitive.

But there are always different ways to look at it or come to the same conclusion, sometimes it becomes confusing... but if you want a simple way to look at this one:
If we call the positions in the first pic A, B and C. First A and B switch place, then B and C, then A and B again, then B and C again... then if A and B switch place again you'll get...
PS. I've NEVER considered this a good way to find "true intelliegence".
