I hate Gerard (Gerald?) Butler with a passion. :lol:

Edit: It's not because he's an actor, but because he irritates me to look at and listen to. "Hate" wouldn't really be the word.

I can't seem to hate someone I don't know, but I really dislike Elijiah Woods (sp? (like I care!!)).

Mel Gibson

For just sheer jackassery on- and off-screen, probably Mel Gibson. However, Tom Cruise comes in a VERY close second.

I don't really hate actors/actresses, so much as I just sorta don't like them. John C. Reilly and Jane Lynch immediately come to mind

I don't really hate any actor. Well maybe Rob Schneider. I think it is silly when people starting hating an actor like Nicholas Cage just because he has been in a few bad films recently. No actor is perfect. Even the best had their fair share of bad runs like Michael Caine in Jaws 4.

For those of you who hate Nic Cage...what movies have you seen him in? Because I'll agree that some of his more mainstream stuff (National Treasure, Knowing, Ghost Rider, etc) aren't very good, but he's really good in movies like Matchstick Men. I used to think he was a terrible actor, but after seeing more of his stuff I kinda like him. The problem is that he'll basically accept any script thrown his way.

He has been in some crap, but so has every actor for the most part. Cage was great in Raising Arizona, Bad Lieutenant: Port of call new orleans, Leaving las vegas, Wild at heart, The Weather Man, and Adaptation among others.

He is awesome in that film. That has actually become one of my favorite Herzog films. Cage goes beyond over the top. He is totally insane in a fantastic way. You have to see it. Do it:evil:

It's not that I "hate" her as the topic title says, just something about her drives me insane and makes me literally cringe. I'm not sure what it is, I just tend to extremely dislike every character she ever plays. I'll evade seeing a movie simply because she's in it. This has come to the point that I feel guilty about my dislike towards her... :( :cry:

To be fair though we don't really know the context of the outburst entirely. I can understand why you would hate him because of that, but the paparazzi tends to make incidents out to be much worse than they usually are. Who knows maybe the outburst and assault was real and pretty bad, but I have some friends who live next to him and they say he is a kind guy who invites them over sometimes for dinner and such. Whether he is actually nice or not though his outburst was a bit over the top. However it is nothing compared to some of Klaus Kinski's outbursts.

Jessica Simpson. It's a compliment to even call her an actress.
