If this lawsuit works I might have to talk to a lawyer. I got around 10000(rechecked my math) hours put into WoW in the past 5 years and have just recently quit. I could really use the money. Seriously though this is really stupid.

How do you "forget" to get dressed? Wouldn't you a strange draft in hidden places? How do you forget to bathe? After the first week wouldn't the the smell be very obvious?

The stupidity of some people really amazes me, then again I shouldn't expect anything less from a person that plays games for 20,000 hours in 5 years. Saying a game is "addictive" is equal to saying "it's really fun". You don't smoke or inject games into your blood stream, it doesn't have any direct chemical effect on your brain, you simply enjoy playing the game, so you play it more. The producers of this game are in no way responsible for this guys obvious lack in self control.PernicioEnigma
