It was based on George Lucas's real life experiences.

Think about it. What if Star Wars is some other dimension, that George Lucas is from and he accidentally got here, so he made money off it. He doesn't seem to have an idea about other ****. I mean he makes American Graffiti car movie and then this space epic. George Lucas is Luke Skywalker. Lucas=Luke.

That's why the prequel's suck, because that **** didn't happen to him and he was just making things up.
