Of course not. I happen to think that Gamespot is still one of the most reliable sources of game reviews (along with Eurogamer), and besides, I have never agreed with this ridiculous Gerstmann worship.
He's just some ageing, obese gamer, who happened to get lucky and earn a living by reviewing games. He writes reasonably well, but some of you treat him like some sort of a god. It's really time to give it a rest. I'll probably check out the new site, but I fail to see what there is to get excited about. It's just gonna be another game site....
The Kane & Lynch review was actually terrible (not so much the score, but the review), and showed that he didn't even play the game to the end, so why is he worthy of so much acclaim in your opinions? I will never uderstand some of you people.....
