You never heard of being damaged beyond recognition why do you think when their are traffic accidents they look for I.d.... so they can identify the bodies. Obviously you don't know what a hit from a car can really do to you so. I remeber a story of two girls who where in an accident 1 died and the other lived. The hospitil f'd up and told the wrong family their daughter died. So they family buried the other family's daughter thinking it was their own. However, when the other girl finally awoke from her coma she had asked for her real mother it was then they realized that they mixed up the two.
