Yes you have a higher chance of getting an std like clamydia, gonerhea and crap like that because more people are infected with that stuff than HIV/AIDS. But you will get HIV if you have unprotected sex with a partner that has it. monsternachoman

Not HIV, but AIDS yes.

To elobarate, people can get HIV but not develop AIDS and are totally healthy, so yes some people are immune.
