It's in the constellation Eridanus...why does it always have to say "anus"?

Sounds awesome. Still holding out for the little green people, though.

It says that the star is a few hundred million years younger than ours. Hopefully that means any life on that planet is very undeveloped so they wont come here. We can go there and RULE THEM LIKE GODS!!!!

it makes me wonder how easy it is to spot our solar system from that range, we have a smallish star with 8 planets (4 largest towards the back) and millions of smaller objects

Its a myhtical river with amber islands at its head. What's with all these Greek and Roman names for planets and the like?

haha If humans last that long. They wont have decent intelligent life for at leeeeeast thousands of years if it is a whole lot youger than earth like they said.

"Epsilon Eridani is much younger than the sun, about 850 million years old compared with 4.5 billion years for our system."

"This really is a system like our solar system was when it was five times younger than it is now"

"looks a lot like ours did when life first took root on Earth"

i wouldn't be surprise, scientists have already said that there are billions of galaxies out there, so if there is a system that is somewhat similar to ours is not really a shock to me.....unless they find life.

Ya, I will not be surpirised until I hear about life on another planet. Like something at least as big as a mouse hopefully.

A single celled organism would be a huge discovery.
