I'm fixin' to start a new workout plan for football and the plan says I have to do pull-ups. As a lineman, I'm naturally a bigger guy and at this point I'm not physically capable of doing pull-ups. What do ya'll think is the best alternative to pull-ups? I was thinkin' weighted pull-downs but I just wanted a few more people's opinion.

I'm gonna be hittin' the weights too but all of the exercises aren't weight exercises. I got push-ups & pull-ups for the natural exercises and everything else is weight exercises. But, as a 6'0", 245 lb. defensive end I can't pull myself up from just a bar. Everything else is doable but that isn't.
