About an hour ago I started to get a ringing in my left ear. It hasn't stopped. I'm also having a bit of trouble hearing in that ear. Should I be worried? :?Sandro909
Ive had that... i hit my head against a cupboard door and my hearing was distorted through one ear for about 4-5 hours but it came back eventually....

yeah you just ahve to try and forget about it for a while... if its still not okay after a few hours you should try and get a doctors appointmet to have it checked out.
Did you go out to a club last night or a concert or listen to loud music anywhere?
It could be tinnitus. Sometimes you get ringing in your ears after being in a very noisy environment and it is a warning that your hearing is being damaged. Prolonged exposure could make it permanent.
When you see people in the street with their ipods blaring or car stereos maxed you know they're going to have problems in later life
