Am I the only one that hated the movie superbad?

Mcloving didn't make me laught at all, if anything he was pretty annoying. The other character is so akward and its like he is reading que cards as hes talking. But yet these hot girls are into these idiots...don't buy it. The only redeeming value was the cops who had the only funny parts in the movie.

superbad was ok at best. Waay overrated, like all that guy's movies are. (edit: judd apatow thats his name)

how can you hate the 40 yr old virgin? i thought it was a very nice changeup from the horrible comedys coming out, great movie. you need a sense of humor badly

Thats exactly what i thought though.. i was liek this Superbad looks pretty average and lame. But once i saw it i couldnt help but laugh a few times :)

I saw it in theatres and I thought it was funny. I rented it because I had nothing else to watch and I found it boring...

Funny to see once but I think after that it loses its appeal

It was a coming of age tale, and I think to truly appreciate it people need to see it after they have gotten out of high school and into the real world a few years. Then they can look back at some of the scenes in retrospect and identify with them more.

I wouldn't have laughed at it either if I were still in H.S. or had just graduated.

I think I only laughed at the part where the cops came to that house party an he says something like "Oh No, It's the cops!". Other than that i think i managed a smile from a few other parts.

Dumb & Dumber will always be my favorite comedy. I can watch that all the time and laugh for every moment.
