Am I the only one that likes school?

Seriously, I go for 7 hours, hang out with friends, do barely any work (still getting A's and B's in honors and advanced placement classes), have a good time...

then I go home...and just sit there by myself doing nothing for hours......

for the past 2 weeks ive been just trying to make the time at home go faster just so i can get back to school....

Am i the only one that doesnt mind school at all? I hear everybody talking about how much they cant wait to leave high school next year and go to college, but why?? Im gonna miss highschool so much....

Meh, the people in my school piss me off, and my home is where my consoles are :D

So I will always prefer home.

The kind of work Ive been getting this year though is different than what im used to....its mostly long ass assignments but they are due like a month from when they are given, so i dont have real work till the day before. But thats probably becuase im taking the advanced placement classes and they are trying to replicate college.....its so much better

OMFG its horrible....

I just had to turn in a 10 page research paper today....and thats the average work I get.....its so much damn work.....

lol me too, havnt played video games in a looong time. One day I just woke up and didnt feel like dealing with video games anymore, and its been like that for months now. I dont know what happened. Plus 80% of the games coming out since this gen started have all been the damn same, boring, rehashed stuff, at least Wii is trying to do something new, which is what i want...its just the games suck

Plus 80% of the games coming out since this gen started have all been the damn same, boring, rehashed stuff, at least Wii is trying to do something new, which is what i want...its just the games suck

Only games im looking foward to is GTA4 and Saints Row 2, I think i like saints row better just because of the customization aspect.....but GTA is gonna be soooo good

wow i guess pretty close cuz i tried renting saints row yesterday but thy didnt have it.except for the grades part i have really bad grades right now all because i got lazy the first couple weeks of school and thought that i'll be able to bring my grades back up.(never did)now i'm behind on credits and have to make alot of work up.oh and i didnt go to school today cuz i missed the bus and couldnt get a ride.(woke up late)

My weekly work is ~35 Identifications, a 3-4 page essay, and a packet. Now we are doing a 8-10 page term paper, but that isn't quite the "average." Last year my teacher had almost every kid pass the AP exam with a 4 or 5, with only one 3, so even though its less work than you seem to have (though still a lot,) my teacher must be doing something right.

Everyone somewhat enjoys school. It's the actual work that pisses people off, including me.

Having a good time is always good -- no matter where it's at.

Sure it's nice to be off on breaks, and during the summer. But, that's spread out, and we appriciate the time we have off and to ourselves. It's nice, but if that's how it always was, sleeping into noon each day would really get to one. So, in my view, it's nice to go to school, as it does something somewhat useful with my day.

What? I HATE school. I hated Grade School, and I was hoping that High School would be better. Now I'm in High School, and I hate it even more than Grade School. I don't most of the kids because they are jerks, and really, really mean. I actually like the females more than the males, for once. They are at least nice, sweet, and caring.

I wish I was still in Grade School, where my TRUE friends were. Yes, I didn't particulary like it that much, but it's better than the ****-hole I'm at now.

Nah, I still hang out with people. My friends from my old school went there, so they still of course invite me to places where our "new" friends are. I don't really call any of the new kids at all, though. I still talk to them, but I hate them pretty much all of them. As depressing as it sounds, I haven't really met a single male that I can honestly say I consider a friend.

I still hang out when some of my friends call me and invite me to a place with people I don't like... I just don't really enjoy it.

I like hanging out with my friends from my Grade School. I like them a heck of a lot better.

Trust me; I'm not anti-social. I gave everyone a chance, I met new people,I talked to new people, I hung out with new people, but I didn't like any of it to be perfectly honest.

I do, thats basically it, and as I said earlier, its assigned...but it wont be due for like a month....so i have plenty of time, its a lot of work but its really not that bad

Well there is a difference... For one your day is from usually 6 am to 2:30 to 3:00pm of school.. After that is yoru studies and extra activities such as sports.. Not every one had time
