I've been using white GS for a while now. For some reason, I prefer it over the dark one...

Same here. White text on a black background leaves spots in my eyes from trying to read.

I like the white theme because for some reason it reminds me of Goonies 2 on the NES. :? I know, I'm weird.

Just switched to the dark theme for a second, it's like I don't even recognize the site... :? Maybe it's just because so many sites have a white background.

The darker one is so much better. I hate staring at a bright white screen and I wish more websites used a dark background instead of plain white.

My eyes have been fine-tuned to darkness. If I used the white theme, I would go blind.

I use the dark theme, the white theme burns my eyes! And the white theme doesn't go well with the GS themes.

Sitting in a dark room with a bright background is irritating, but sitting in a dark room with a dark background is soothing. :)
