It bugs me a bit... I had a few, shall we say, "less than attractive" friends at university, who would call me out whenever I pointed out somebody hot.

"WHAT?!" would be the typical response I'd get. After which my fellow males would usually agree with me, and the girls would end up getting all pissy with us for no reason.

I'm actually curious what you see as average/below average, because you simply can't compare a real woman to a model or actress or something. Simply because they tend to pour money into their looks and/or everything is digitally touched up.
