ok so for the last 3 years ive been from 70-79 kg and today i weigh myself im 81 O_O. im 167cm and i mean yeah im a sugar nut(peppermints are my addiction and i mean addiction) but i do keep myself healthy.

anyway should i try to go back down to the 70s?

Yeah, you might want to bring that weight down a little bit. I think you are around 5'4? 178 pounds would be around the proper weight if you were over six foot tall. But don't sweet it, it's easier to lose weight than people make it out to be. Just got to be determined.

I never actually go by actual weight or height. How do you feel? If you are happy with yourself, that's all you really need. If you feel a little sluggish, work out a little until you are happy.

I've been following this for the last 6 months or so and I'm happy and the doctor says I'm in excellent health, so it's good enough for me.

No, you are good. You might want to take those last two pounds off, but those are vanity pounds. So you shouldn't worry about it.

cool i dont do sports but i go to the weight room eveyday after school and since school is starting again i will make muscle.

It depends on how you are built. I am 5'9" and weigh 250lbs and people go "WHAAA!?" when I tell them. Are you muscular? Thin? "Fat?"

well actually im perfectly happy but recently when i walk to school and back home everyday my legs feel a bit hurting and i dunno if thats just cause im tired(i dont sleep much) or my weight or cause im not completely healthy

yeah tomorrow may start using dads weight machine. though i do about 100 situps every 2 days. probably not enough ay

yeah that was me 2 years ago. though recently my activeness has gone down cause im older and less mental than i used to be and now im at a college type school i dont go everyday

lmfao, yes that is way way too heavy. 65 inches= 5 feet 5 inches( my height) and I weigh 113 pounds.

Weights are fine and dandy but they will only make you heavier (muscle weighs more than fat). If you want to lose weight you would have to do cardiovascular excercise and cut down on the damned peppermints.

same here, i'm 6'1" and about 145. i eat more than anyone i know, and i just never gain weight. i'm not freakishly skinny or anything though, i have a very athletic body and that's fine with me.

well i do only have a pack every month or so. i mean yeah im addicted but when ive finished a pack im like yep thats it. but when i have some left im like one more, oh just one more lol

If you're really worried, make a habit out of jogging and excersizing, otherwise, be happy that this isn't too much. It's not like excersizing is something bad to do, you should be doing it.

hmmm thats what? 5'5'' amd 180 pounds? I'd say thats a bit on the heavy side.

With that said, more important should be your build. Are you muscular? If so, you could problably lose like 10-20 pounds of fat and be a lean, muscular dude.

but if its mostly fat, ya, you are definately too heavy.

What the christ thats quite a strange way of doing it...

Metric is muuuuuuuuch much easier to work with in terms of weight but harder in terms of lengths. Most people in metric nations, especially commonwealth ones use metric for weight and imperial for height.

Honestly, people, its pretty easy to tell if you are unhealthy or not, go for a 30 minute run and then see how you feel. Or grab your stomach rolls. Thats the fail safe test. If you feel like a fatty when you do, get your ass into the gym.
