Kayak to Australia. I'm very skilled in a canoe, and kayaking is just high speed, lightweight canoeing. Especially if I had one of those hydrofoil kayaks. It would have to be airtight though, with a suit that came from the kayak and went up to my neck... with maybe an air supply within the kayak.

Thats starting to sound more like a boat to me lol.

But yeah I agree. Doing it in a Kayak is feasible if you were THE MAN OF MEN on the high seas and the burliest son of a gun to have ever graced the earth. You'd need to be a real beast to do that, along with the strength needed to ship all the food you'd need as well.
