i hopping i can some interesting series i haven't watched any new or old anime series resonantly mainly because the last few thing i have watched have been awful English dubbed only. and no Bleach, Naruto, One piece, Inuyasha, Dragon Ball Z, Rurouni Kenshin don't want to watch something super long! things i have enjoyed! Ergo Proxy, Cowboy Bebop, Mushi-Shi, Samurai x Trust and Betrayal, Black Lagoon, Ghost in the Shell 1995/Ghost in the Shell remake/Innocence, Neon Genesis Evangelion, Samurai Champloo, Full Metal Alchemist, Gunslinger Girls, Boogiepop Phantom. so so. Elfen Lied, Darker Than Black, Ghost in the Shell series/Solid State Society hatted! High-School of the Dead, Corpse Princess, Trigun. things i might watch or probably will watch. Full Metal Alchemist Brotherhood/ movies?, Death Note?, Serial Experiments Lain?

I dont see tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann on there. You might like that. Not sure about the dub though. Panty and Stocking has a fantastic dub although you may not be interested. Its a pretty funny parody series.

brotherhood is better than original, watch it.

death note is okay so is code geass

baccano is good... it's been awhile since i watched anime so my suggestions might be a bit dated

bleach is something i would never recommend to anyone... however, it's one of my guilty pleasures. i know it's bad, but i just can't help myself. DBZ was the same way for me when i was younger.

two of my favorites are Beck and The Last Exile

Those are some of the best manga Japan offers, but there is gore in both Vagabond and Berserk, so if that matters then it is something to consider.

Psycho-Pass. Am halfway through it and it's intense. Monster is also really addicting despite being entirely realistic. Hunter x Hunter too provides for a lot of entertainment. Future Diary was great, as was Steins;Gate. There are also Gosick, Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann, and Mai Hime which you should consider watching. Too many good shows, really!

I read a bit of that. Seems like the same old shounen shit. Good if you want some action, relatively unique setting but not much else going for it.
