anime suggestion thread

Whats up, otters? Feh, so i'm about to finish watching Black Lagoon, i thought it was absolutely phenomenal, and am looking for another good series to start watching. One that's mature, likable characters, comical elements, and intense fight scenes (but i don't want most of the episodes to be about fighting, like Dragonball Z type sh!t). For instance, there's one episode in the first season of Black Lagoon where Revvy and Rock are in a very intense argument for the entire episode (i think its the episode after the submarine mission...), the episode had almost nothing but dialogue in it and it was amazing, my jaw dropped the entire time. I'd like more stuff like that. Thanks in advance... :)

theres only one anime i enjoy, its Bobobo-bo Bo-bobo check it out even tho it doesnt match your criteria too much here is a video so you witness the awesomeness

How old are you? There are anime for different age groups. :P Go for Gurren Lagann. Gurren Lagann is a mech anime but it has a lot of comedy in the first half to pull you in.
