"Which came first, the chicken or the egg"This is a very old riddle but almost nobody solves it;)

Its not a riddle, its just a funny phrase. You can't solve it.

If you say Egg, then your agrument can be well you need a chicken to make an egg.

and if you say Chicken then your argument can be, you need an egg to make a chicken

its an endless cycle. There is no answer.

But you don't need a chicken to make an egg, could have been a different species that evolved or had a mutation in the egg or something.

Well let me see, when dinosaurs were laying eggs chickens didn't exist. :P

Although if you look at it from a technical standpoint, the answer is the egg. If evolution is true, then a similar creature resembling a chicken would have created a chicken egg, the egg being an abnormality of the creature, and a chicken. Therefore the egg would have come first.
