I've never had a problem with my pillows snoring.......that would be annoying :P

My guess would be the countour discourages laying on your back, which is pretty key to snoring.

I've heard of drops and sprays that work, but not pills.

I used to snore until I had my tonsils removed...haven't heard of anti-snoring pillows though.
