I bought a wireless adapter, I wasn't given a reciept at all....I am 100% positive

I am just looking for store credit to get a different one, Is that ok?

I wrote to the online support explaining this problem, But it says it could take 3 days

I don't work there...but without any proof that you bought it from them, I doubt you'll get anything.

The store I work for won't accept anything without a receipt. It's strange that you weren't given one.

Yeah, i got my cash and then they guy asked me if I wanted a bag ,I said no, He handed me the box,no reciept It DOES intrestingly enough have a sticker on the back wi MAC, S/N, and FG No....looks sotre related

Chances are the UPC code from the product would be in their system inventory, and would indicate it had been sold, along with date and time and all that jazz.  I suspect if you return it as is, they'd be able to scan it and confirm that it was actually purchased from their store...

If it's anything like the retail store that I (used to) work for, sometimes they'll scan in the product's S/N when the purchase is made. That S/N is specific to each individual box so if they did do that, they can perform a reverse lookup of your invoice.

I think they can... in this day and age everything u buy is tracked there is a way to get a refund... even if it means disputing the charge with your bank. Fight the system!! good luck

Former GS Employee here.  If you used a BBY card its the easiest, or any card in particular.  Cash doesnt always get a return.
