For those of you who don't know what CFL is, first off, for shame, secondly it stands for Canadian Football League. I am, I am getting into huge this year for some reason, where as before I just watched the occassional Rider game, and now I've seen every game the Riders have had this season. So if you are into it, who's your team? Mine is pretty obvious by now. :P

Being here in the states I've never had the opportunity to watch a game and I've never seen one on t.v mostly because I don't think they show it. Otherwise I would.

NFL Network shows the games if you get the channel.

You're a big sports fan right? If you know the rules of CFL, which do you think has the possibility of a more exciting game? CFL or NFL? I've always thought if the NFL had the rules of CFL, it would be tenfold better to watch, because the NFL has a much higher caliber than the CFL.

Tell that to us Riders who have yet to lose a game. :P

Although right now we're playing the Stampeders, it's 7 to nothing for them, I have hopes.

I am a huge sports fan but to tell you the truth, I don't know enough about the CFL to really compare. To me the NFL's rules are, for the most part, perfect as they are. I don't know the ins and outs of the CFL rules like I do the NFL.

The extreme bias to the offense on passing plays is ridiculous. I also don't like how they never call the defensive line for holding pulling linemen and fullbacks. Everything else is great. I even think the OT is fair.

Well it's more or less the same. But

CFL has 11 players on the field, 3 downs, 110 yard field, we get a slotback position but no end position, missed field goals are live, endzone is 20 yards deep, and no fair catches.

IMO it makes for a quicker paced, more exciting game. Mainly the 3 downs versus 4 downs.

Don't they have 12 players?

Ugh, typo. Roughriders should play like 11 though, then if they end up having an extra man on the field that they seem to be famous for, it wouldn't matter. :P

Hell yeah, I love compact florescent lighbulbs, they last longer and use less energy than incandescent lighbulbs. They are awesome!!!
