I've always wanted to... seems so elegant. But i've never even smoked a cigarette and I hear they're like 50 times stronger. I'd probably be choking and throwing up for half an hour if I tried.

You don't inhale cigars. You "eat" it. It's like me asking you to sip water and not swallow it

Inhaling a cigar ain't that bad, but thats probably because my lungs are already destroyed from all the other smoke. I smoke cigars every once in a while, but I just stick to cigarettes most of the time.
Once when I went out partying with my uncle (coach of Paris Saint Germain BB team) I smoked a fat stokje and the nicotine overload seemed to put me in a comfy armchair coma for ~30 minutes, then I recovered and consumed Scotch with him and his friends until I passed out.
Of course I was consuming copious amounts of brandy before then at a local cafe...

You're really just meant to let the smoke sit around in your mouth and then blow it out. Most people can't take inhaling a cigar.
Most peeps wouldn't WANT to inhale a cigar, as, if they were smoking a decent one, the TASTE is what they are after, and inhaling would be like debasing yourself by sucking down malt liquor Colt 45 stylee.
