Just wondering if there are any other members of the Libertarian Party out there? The LP is the third largest political party in the US, it basically mixes the Republican/Conservative views of "Small government, low taxes, strong military" with Democrat/Liberal views of "pro-gay marraige, human rights, ending drug prohibition."
I used to think I was a Republican, but I wasn't pro-life, I was pro-gay marraige/equal rights, and I'm an atheist. But, I didn't like the idea of big government, high taxes, gun control, and loose immigration laws coming from the liberal side.
Either way, the Libertarian Party seemed to suit me fine. Just wondering if there any more of you out there? Here's hoping the party grows and eventually contends with the Dems and Reps for Presidential and Congressional nominations!
