How is Westworld by the way? Any show it is comparable to to get an idea?
Westworld is IMHO the best show currently on TV. The closest show I can think of to it is a BBC show called Humans which is about human-looking servant androids who start becoming sentient and the moral implications of that. Westworld is a very different show narratively, but it follows similar story themes.

With HBO and netflix, I've seen some good ones.
Strongly Like - Westworld (HBO), Game of Thrones(HBO), Longmire(netflix), The Expanse, Daredevil(netflix)
Ok - The Magicians(Syfy), Luke Cage (netflix), Jessica Jones (netflix)
Fading - The walking dead (AMC)
Looking for some more. Any recommendations.
Based on your preferences, it sounds like you enjoy shows with strong narratives that follow a story and don't contain a lot of filler. Drama but with action, and not shying away from adult sex or violence. Sci-fi and fantasy elements are permissible.
Based on that, here's what I'd recommend not in any particular order:
Orphan Black
Incorporated (new Sci-fi show that's pretty good. Distopian future in a cyberpunk genre setting of high technology but social divide between corporations and the lower class)
Damien (sadly cancelled. Based on The Omen films)
Hannibal (based on the Hannibal Lectur books, brilliantly filmed and astounding use of photography but also very gruesome)
Fear The Walking Dead (assuming you're not watching it already. Same universe but a good "reset" of the story with a new setting/characters)
12 Monkeys (based on the films of the same name. Not as high quality as HBO or Showtime stuff but decent if you like straight sci-fi)
The Exorcist (based on the film series. First season just finished. Good.)
Sense8 (excellent ensemble cast sci-fi/supernatural series by the Wachowski siblings of Matrix fame. Netflix original)
Travelers (really interesting sci-fi series about time travelers who come back from a horrible future to try to avert it by performing missions they get from the future. They come back by inhabiting the bodies of people who from their historical record they know were about to die, overwrite their brains with their consciousness, and then avert the recorded death. Netflix original/Canadian co-production)
Humans (BBC series described above)
Honestly there are soooooo many shows I can barely keep track. I'm considering making a google doc to track them all.
