I don't know if it does exactly what the topic title says but "Time to Pretend" from MGMT makes me a bit more optimistic.

And "Viva la vida" is great too TC, although I prefer "Speed of Sound" from Coldplay.

I just like the mood of the music, the melody. Weirdly enough the mood is melancholic, but that's what makes me more optimistic. Regardless of the lyrics, a music like that, with that mood, is like aknowledging the mood you are in, "celebrating" it for the last time, in order to change it in the future to the better.
