I just got out of jail for some things and it sucked ass, anybody else been in jail or even arrested? this is my 3rd time, 1st in jail, but it still sucks, what was your experiences in the big house?

Yes it does, I just turned 18 on sept 2nd, and got arrested on the 14th, so they gave me a break saying how if it had been a month after my birthday I would of spent alot more time there...

The police totally showed up at my house last night. it was just me and my friend there, and they kinda forced theyre way in after i slightly opened the door. It kinda scared me because I thought they might be robbers or something.
Well to megagene, I was in for 2 weeks only because my trial took longer than expected, and to AC I didnt once say anything in a violent manner, why you have to say the beat me up part? Im not a violent person, fighting is the last thing I want to do, and to the def_jef guy, police cant just come into your house without a warrant, you have alll the right to slam the door in there face and tell them to get the **** off my property. assuming your from Canada, I dont know if its different in the US or wherever your from.

To answer your question, no i have never been arrested or had problems with the police before and hope to god i never do in the future.
All I can say is that the best you can do is tell the truth to law enforcement and take full responsibility for your actions. If you can be as open to LE officials in real life as you are to fellow GS users, then you are going in a good direction. Best of luck to you.
I got arrested for being in the wrong place at the wrongtime, when a protect just so happened to turn into a riot, which I knew would happen. Then as I was trying to get away from the mayhem a garda (police) hit me on the back of my legs and arrested me for absolutely no reason. They let me go after four hours with no charge because it was a "misunderstanding". I was so annoyed especially cause I had a huge bruise where I was hit.
Closest I've ever been to being arrested was being pulled over for racing an unmarked cop car. I was really lucky, though. He pulled me over just as I crossed the city border out of his district. Didn't even get a ticket.
no i pretty much follow the law, and when i break it (like teh illegal downloads) I make sure I am not doing it wrong. wha t ya do kill a man in cold blood?
Why are you laughing? It's not really that funny... I think he's more laughing at your plight, if you can really call it that. I mean you'd think after your first run in witht he law you'd get the idea. You got cut a break now I suggest you run with it, I personaly know alot of people not as fortunate, I could tell you there stories and maybe you'd see the error in your ways.

they just violeted your rights if your in america, i saw a show about how people dont know their rights and how police trick you into giving them up. If you were watiting out side your door and so were they and they wanted to look around your house, they need a search warrant to do that

Yes but they can also wait there for one to be issued if they think it's serious enough, or if you deny them entry then they have probable cause and can do so anyways. But them just forcing themselves in is definitly in the wrong
yes...I was arrested for the frst time two weeks ago. spent 3 hours in a cell and then my parents picked me up, i had to go to the station the day after ofr a formal interview and then I was repremanded.
