Anybody else worried the upcoming Dragonball Z movie will kill the whole series?

I love Dragonball Z. My avatar is a picture of Zarbon right now. But the upcoming movie "Dragonball Evolution" will pretty much end up destroying the whole series entirely. Dragonball Evolution has a very bad cast of actors in which Goku is replaced by some emo kid who never has a smile on his face. Why oh why must my favorite cartoon be destroyed like this? I remember the times me and my friends used to watch DBZ at my house just before walking to school. Great memories now being shattered. So sad.

Can anyone actually give me specific reasons for why this movie looks so bad? Besides the movie being a different interpretation of the anime, i can't tell why you guys hate this movie so much. I am actually looking forward to it.cgi15

1. Bulma duel wielding pistols - girl wants to fight, what is wrong with that? she isn't a saiyan, so she obviously won't win in a fistfight. Therefore, she uses guns.

2. Goku is emo - How so? Because he wasn't smiling in the trailer, laughing, or having a good time? From what i have seen, he was more indifferent.

3. Piccolo isn't green - Yeah, he actually is, if you've seen the new pictures.

Not a bad idea, though they'll probably only have special screening in Japan and the US and I don't think my parents will like the idea of buying a plane ticket so I can go and cut myself with the guy who ruined my favourite anime...
