Anybody have a Yahoo! account deleted due to inactivity?

Like...7-8 months ago I tried to log in the an old email account of mine that I never used. It told me my password was invalid. I tried password after password and none worked. I assumed the account was hacked, and while that sucked, I just said whatever because nothing important was on it.

Then I sent an email to it, just a message saying, "This was my account, enjoy the spam I'm signing you up for." Out of anger and recieved a message back saying the account was disabled/discontinued from MAILERDAEMON.

I would like to reregister the account...but here we are, 8 months later almost, and the darn thing still exists.

So those of you this has happened to...how long did it take for it to be fully deleted?

I never had mine deleted but did take forever to get back to my yahoo acount one year and i had to reactivate it and i was gone for like 6 months. good luckLisaanne30
