I know many of the users here on this website are extremely intelligent, and I just wanted some help with something.. If you were posting something, and somebody said to you, "It's spelled YOU'RE. Not 'your'. You illiterate moron." How exactly would you personally respond to retaliate? Can anybody come up with something off the top of their heads that would undoubtedly shut the other person up if they resorted to a cheap tactic like this?

Correct them on improperly structuring their sentences. I believe what you posted is not structurly sound anyway.
You could always call them "a fat *****," in rebuttal. You have to post a picture of Winston Churchill to go with the quote.

How would I respond?
I would point out that there should be a comma after "you're," and that the period after "your" should be before the end quote. Then I would use the age-old "pot calling the kettle black" analogy.

I know how to spell "you're" so I'm not in need of such things. However, for sake of answering...I would probably start using the correct spelling as English is my native language and I feel I can at least be somewhat decent in its use.

Well, in a face-to-face debate, you can't call someone out for spelling errors.
But if somebody did indeed to this to me in real life, I would say:
"Really? You're going to insult my grammar? Rather unoriginal, I must say. Disappointing."
I have said things like that - both in real life and on the internet.
There's no good way to retaliate to something like that. It's something that you are obligated to know if you are going to run into trouble on the Internet. Aside from the fact that it's first grade grammar, I don't enjoy it when stupid, illiterate people insult me and try to talk sense into me as if they're somehow "better" than me.
Maybe instead of trying to think up a comeback, you could work on your grammar. Nobody will take you seriously or believe you're an intelligent individual if you type like you don't know basic English, this stuff was taught to you in the very first years of your schooling, it's basic stuff. This is the internet. L2 grammar and spelling or you'll get called out for it every time.
