Though by liking it, that means you're good at it. So I might post some challenges for the mathematical-minded people here, if there are any, that is....later.
I hate it. If I gained absolute authority here in Britain, I'd execute ALL math professors and teachers...the ones studying it at university would be arrested and sent to the Falklands.
I like it but I've had the worst education ever in highschool now I'm paying in college the price for that lame school, I'm learning basic stuff right now.
I'm good at math but I tend to either hate it or get bored. I was bored with Algebra, hated geometry, annoyed by Algebra 2, kinda bored with pre-calculus. Advanced Calculus is actually the first time I enjoyed doing math. It's ironic because people would think it would be the hardest but it really flowed easily for me.
It depends on what you mean by "math" and "good at it". I enjoyed Calculus when I took that last year and got A's in all three quarters but don't think that I'm necessarily "good" at math.
I don't like it at all, and go to pretty great lengths to avoid it. All of my friends are taking Calc this year, but I opted for Statistics instead because it's way easier.
I took a few math classes back in the day as electives. The classes I took, really helped me out. I would recommend taking calculus (single and multi-variable), linear algebra, ordinary and partial differential equations, complex analysis and a proof-writing class (usually goes with number theory). I took graph theory which I don't readily use, but interesting nonetheless. I have always wanted to take a modern algebra and topology class. Maybe I'll pick up a book or two and teach myself some things.
I despise math. All my life, that is the one subject I could never excel in. English, philosophy, history, biology, psychology, humanities; I can do it and get A's, but Math is all C's and D's and B's. I long for the day when I will never have to do more than multiply for the rest of my life.
**** no. Once I finished Calc II I said goodbye to math forever. It's ironic, because it used to be my favorite subject at least until Algebra II Honors.

Nothing beats the satisfaction of a well done optimization problem. Thar be 2 positive integers, see. And I need both em' to add up to 100 with the greatest possible product, yarr! This'll help me with my piratin', aye!

Perhaps he doesn't like to think about or write proofs, but enjoys using math to solve equations.
I suppose so...Proofs can suck it. I don't want to know the painful process of differentiation. I just want to do it happily and easily. Same with other stuff.
