Anybody not doing anything for new years?

I have been invited to 2 house parties but tbh I cba to go to either.... I quite fancy just staying home this year.

Although my reason for not going isnt going to well with my mates lol they think im being wierd for not going :/

Anybody else in the same boat as me 2nite?

So far it looks like I'm just hanging out here, which for some reason seems ok. I am really not in the mood to get all drunk and stupid tonight.

My family is out of state, I didn't want to go because my step dad's parents think I'm the spawn of Satan, so I'm in my mom's house alone, with liquor and a television.

Yeh, me. I'm on holidays overseas and I'm not really familiar where to hang out.....so I'm staying in my hotel room. I just went down to 7-11, and there're so many people drunk from the parties.

I am supposed to drive to Houston (get off work at noon) -but I am debating it I went out last weekend while visiting friends back home and ended up staying out drinking from 9pm till 5am -made some...errr...'questionable' decisions May just stay home and not push my luck tonightrawsavon

i have no friends so i'll probably play CoD.

yea, I work cooking at a restaraunt, I'll be there...at work. No parties for me.

i prefer sitting home alone where its quiet to sitting alone at some other place where it is loud =D

I never do anything on new years or new years eve. I don't care for parties or getting drunk.

well i don't know of any parties to go to, but the only one i do know i with this friend's family, but they are all mexican and spek spanish and stuff so I'd have troubl fitting in with the crowd.

I have a stack of games to play, no time for socializing.

My mom has been in the hospital since the 23rd and she may be home today. We'll probably be opening Christmas gifts and I'll watch the ball drop with her and my grandma.

Nah, most likely not. I have a few friends that asked me to come out but i just don't see any reason to celebrate the calender "new year". Doesn't really feel like a new year until spring... which should be a week long celebration imo :P

I might just stay at home, Family is going to my aunts house which i find boring. I always end up sitting playing my cousins xbox.. which i can do in the comfort of my own home. Plus i was invited to a house party with a bunch of friends and im just not in the mood to get drunk or be around a massive group of drunk people.
