Yes, and I thought it was actually pretty good. It did the over the top highly urealistic action movie perfectly and I now want to eat a buch of carrots

I have the DVD and have seen it about 4 times. Such a rush, Clive Owen is badass.

I actually saw it last night, and thought it was horrible.

That sex/shootout seen was horrendous.

I thought it was hilarious and good to just sit and waste time watching. The cheesy lines just made it even more funny to me...if someone asked if it's a good movie for a night I'd probably say no, it's good to just pop in an only pay half-attention to lol

If you just want a fun sit down and watch movie that you don't have to take too seriously and has a nice steady rush of action thats like one big rollercoaster ride, go see it. I liked it very much :)

I'd like to see shootouts in a church during midnight mass on Christmas Day, with the entire choir packing .45's while the Pope is taking out sinners with a mini-gun and chain smoking Cuban cigars!Hallenbeck

Film-Guy, I like your style. Shoot 'em up was pretty awesome. Saw it the day it came out (that's usually when I see every movie, though). It's the perfect thing if you want mindless violence. And who doesn't want that?

I loved Shoot 'em Up. 1. I never expected a mind blowing movie 2. I knew it was filled with mindless action 3. I loved how creative they got with some of the action sequences. So I never had my hopes up for this movie which is probably why I did enjoy it. Some movies have mindless action and try to add a clever storyline but fall flat on their faces. Shoot 'em Up just kind of went all out and was pretty enjoyable.

I got it on DVD, for some reason or another I have every Clive Owen movie on DVD (most of them are pretty good). It has Monica Bellucci so its not a total loss. Like someone else said, its good to watch half-assed while doing something else, like posting here.

Yeah, that scene was great. It's just absolutely clear to me what kind of movie Shoot 'Em Up is, and for what it is, everything comes off as incredibly over-the-top with ridiculously cheesy dialogue, and I can't help but smile as I watch it. It just doesn't make sense to me for someone to be so highly critical of a movie whose intent is to make you go, "That's ridiculous."

To everyone who hasn't seen it, at least rent it, and watch it in a good mood.
